The founder having been a tenant from 2004 until 2012, and having understood the rental market, whether renting rooms in flatshare or renting whole property, and having appreciated the frustration of tenants stuck with hefty agency fees and routine requirements that made the process in-accessible.


The founder also being a landlord since 2012, and having also witnessed the market from a landlord point of view appreciating crucial landlord issues such mortgage, legals, accounting, finance, service charge cost, finding the right tenants, dealing with void, repair and maintenance.
